We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.<\/p>\n

    • If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.<\/li>\n
    • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.<\/li>\n
    • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless instructed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Return Shipping & Labels<\/strong><\/h4>\n

      Please note that customers are fully responsible for obtaining a return shipping label and paying for the shipping costs.<\/p>\n

      • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.<\/li>\n

        The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.<\/p>\n

        Refunds<\/strong><\/h4>\n

        We will notify you once we\u2019ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you\u2019ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.<\/p>\n
